It is so good to meet you.
Yoga is both my passion and calling.
I love seeing students leave class feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease. To me, yoga is moving meditation, a way to bring body, mind, and spirit into balance.
I teach with clear, down-to-earth guidance and offer options for all levels, creating a supportive space where everyone feels cared for. My classes weave together breath awareness, mindfulness, and gentle encouragement and are often described as grounding, inclusive, and nurturing.
With 350 hours of training across Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Meditation, Breathwork, and Children’s Yoga, I’ve spent the past seven years teaching in studios, retreats, workplaces, domestic violence shelters, children with autism and other community programs. Today, I share yoga through my Temple Yoga Perth online studio and monthly Sunset Stretch + Meditation events on Perth’s beaches and riverside.
